Dan is deze uitdaging als Ervaren supervisor technisch onderhoud misschien precies wat je zoekt!

Bij onze klant kom je terecht in een sterk en hecht team waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en mensgericht werken centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar een rol waarin je niet alleen jouw technische expertise inzet, maar ook een team aanstuurt en mee bouwt aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte onderhoudsorganisatie.

  • Aansturen en coachen van een team techniekers met ongeveer twaalf medewerkers
  • Opstellen en nauwgezet opvolgen van onderhoudsplanningen
  • Coördineren van zowel mechanische als elektrische onderhoudswerken
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne stakeholders binnen productie en technische afdelingen
  • Inschakelen en opvolgen van externe partners wanneer nodig
  • Leiden van dringende interventies en herstellingen
  • Ondersteunen bij revisies en technische verbeterprojecten
  • Analyseren van storingen en uitwerken van duurzame structurele oplossingen
  • Opvolgen van prestaties kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen de afdeling
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang en de behaalde resultaten van de werkzaamheden
  • Je beschikt over minstens vijf jaar ervaring als technieker in een industriële omgeving
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en of hydraulica
  • Je kan vlot technische plannen lezen en deze toepassen in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Kennis van PLC is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team of de ambitie om hierin door te groeien
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en communicatie
  • Je hebt een hands on mentaliteit en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en bent flexibel in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Basiskennis Engels is een extra troef
