Ben jij een enthousiaste techneut met een passie voor IT? Zoek je een dynamische werkomgeving waar je je vaardigheden kunt ontwikkelen? Ons internationaal verpakkingsbedrijf is op zoek naar een Junior System Engineer om ons team in Tongeren te versterken!

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het dagelijks beheer van onze IT-infrastructuur.
  • Het monitoren van systeem- en netwerkprestaties en het oplossen van storingen.
  • Het installeren, configureren en updaten van hard- en software.
  • Het bieden van ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers bij IT-gerelateerde vragen, samen met je collega’s.
  • Proactief meedenken over verbeteringen van onze systemen.
  • Het beheren van ICT-documentatie, procedures en handleidingen.

Vraag je jezelf af:

  • Ben je bereid om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen in een snel veranderende IT-omgeving?
  • Heb je ervaring met het werken in een teamomgeving en ben je een teamspeler?
  • Sta je open voor feedback en ben je bereid om nieuwe technieken en technologieën te leren?

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die voldoen aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring. Schoolverlaters en kandidaten met enige werkervaring zijn van harte welkom!
  • Goede kennis van het Engels en Nederlands, gezien de interactie met andere Europese vestigingen
  • Vertrouwd met Microsoft-systemen en toepassingen: Windows Server, Office 365, Microsoft SQL, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, VMware, Veeam.
  • Goede kennis van netwerken (VLAN's, MPLS, BLES), firewalls, routers en switches.
  • Bekendheid met security principes.
  • Rapporteren aan de ICT Manager.
