Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker en weet dat een goede technieker niet wacht tot een machine stilvalt. Je ziet waar problemen kunnen ontstaan, denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat installaties betrouwbaar blijven werken.

Bij deze werkgever in Oostende kom je terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek een belangrijke rol speelt. Je werkt aan industriële productielijnen en installaties en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om storingen snel én duurzaam aan te pakken.

Je technische ervaring telt hier. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om de installaties grondig te leren kennen en je kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen? Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je samen met je collega's voor een optimale technische werking van de productie. Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Analyseren van technische storingen aan industriële installaties en productielijnen.
  • Snel en gericht ingrijpen bij defecten en zorgen voor een duurzame oplossing.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud volgens de onderhoudsplanning.
  • Elektrische herstellingen, aanpassingen en verbeteringen uitvoeren.
  • Werken aan productiemachines, gebouwen en industriële installaties.
  • Storingen zelfstandig analyseren en technische diagnoses stellen.
  • Mogelijke problemen signaleren voordat die zich voordoen en meedenken over verbeteringen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's uit productie en techniek om de productie zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.
  • Respecteren van de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt bij een gevestigde speler in de verwerking van zeevruchten met meer dan 70 jaar ervaring. Vanuit Oostende worden kwalitatieve diepgevroren zeevruchten verwerkt voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland.

Doorheen de jaren werd sterk geïnvesteerd in moderne verwerkingstechnieken, geavanceerde koel- en vriesinstallaties en een professionele productieomgeving. Kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en efficiëntie staan er centraal. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar vakmanschap en productkennis hand in hand gaan met moderne technologie. Als technieker speel je een belangrijke rol in het betrouwbaar laten draaien van die installaties. We zoeken een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker die technisch sterk is en verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen en zich hierin herkent:

  • Je hebt een graduaatsdiploma in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken, elektriciteit of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke elektrische kennis.
  • Kennis van PLC, automatisatie en meet- en regeltechnieken is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je kan technische storingen zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne.
  • Je kan rustig en oplossingsgericht handelen wanneer een storing snel moet worden aangepakt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en werkt graag samen met verschillende collega's.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Je staat open voor nieuwe technieken en blijft graag bijleren.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
