Jobomschrijving

Bij Profel speel jij als technisch operator een sleutelrol in het productieproces van ramen en deuren. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis, ervaring en interesse kan je op verschillende afdelingen ingezet worden, zoals extrusie, poederlakkerij, zandstralen, assemblage of afwerking.

Jouw taken bestaan o.a. uit:

  • Bedienen en instellen van machines en installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bewaken van de productiestandaarden.
  • Preventief opvolgen en bijregelen van processen om storingen te voorkomen.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en veilige productie.
  • Samenwerken in team en rapporteren aan de ploegbaas.
  • Een opleiding op de werkvloer

Je krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien naar gespecialiseerde functies of verantwoordelijke taken.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Enige ervaring in een technische functie (mechanica, elektromechanica, machinebouw, onderhoud of soortgelijk).
  • Sterke technische kennis.
  • Probleemoplossend ingesteld, je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent in staat om technische uitdagingen te doorgronden.
  • Goede fysieke conditie; je kan langdurig rechtstaand werk verrichten, je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal zodat werkbonnen, technische handleidingen en instructies correct worden begrepen.
  • Teamspeler, maar met veel zelfstandigheid; je werkt mee, maar kan ook initiatief nemen.
