JOBWELL B.V. is doorlopend op zoek naar vakbekwame timmermannen voor uiteenlopende nieuwbouwprojecten door heel Nederland. Over het bedrijfJOBWELL B.V. is gespecialiseerd in uitzenden, detacheren en werving & selectie binnen de bouw, infra, techniek en logistiek. Wij werken samen met gerenommeerde bouwbedrijven aan nieuwbouwprojecten in de woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Over de functieAls Timmerman Nieuwbouw werk je zelfstandig aan verschillende fasen van het bouwproces. Je levert kwalitatief timmerwerk en werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders en andere vakmensen.

Werkzaamheden:

- Stellen van profielen

- Plaatsen van prefab elementen

- Monteren van kozijnen, ramen en deuren

- Plaatsen van dragende wanden en kapconstructies

- Monteren van vloeren en trappen

- Uitvoeren van aftimmerwerkzaamheden

- Lezen van bouwtekeningen

- Controleren van maatvoering

- Signaleren van afwijkingen

- Werken volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften

Ervaren timmermannen in de nieuwbouw houden zich onder meer bezig met prefab montage, kapconstructies, kozijnen, vloeren, trappen en aftimmerwerk. Een VCA-certificaat wordt veel gevraagd. Wat vragen wij van jou - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Timmerman Nieuwbouw

- Geldig VCA Basis certificaat

- Rijbewijs B

- Zelfstandig kunnen werken vanaf bouwtekeningen

- Oog voor kwaliteit en maatvoering

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal
