Efficiënt transport plannen binnen een groeiend logistiek bedrijf met een moderne vloot.

Als transportcoördinator ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en optimaliseren van transportopdrachten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte planning, verwerkt snel wijzigingen en onderhoudt heldere communicatie met chauffeurs en collega’s.

Jouw takenpakket: - Plannen en coördineren van transportopdrachten - Direct verwerken van wijzigingen in de planning om continuïteit te waarborgen - Communiceren met chauffeurs en collega’s voor een helder en efficiënt verloop - Monitoren en coachen van chauffeurs om prestaties en veiligheid te verbeteren - Toepassen van Europese transport- en logistieke regelgeving in de dagelijkse praktijk - Samenwerken met andere planners om processen optimaal af te stemmen

Wie ben jij?

  • Je blijft kalm onder druk, bent flexibel en kunt goed overweg met IT-systemen.
  • In een dynamische omgeving weet jij het overzicht te bewaren en je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten, onderaannemers en chauffeurs.

Opleiding: Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma of hebt je strepen verdiend door ervaring als transsportplanner.

Vakkennis: Logistieke en Transportprocessen: Transportmodaliteiten: Kennis van verschillende transportmiddelen (weg, spoor, lucht, water) en hun specifieke kenmerken.

Routemanagement: Inzicht in routeplanning en optimalisatie van transporttrajecten. Supply Chain Management: Begrip van de volledige keten van grondstof tot eindklant.

Wet- en Regelgeving: Europese Transportwetgeving: Kennis van relevante Europese regelgeving met betrekking tot transport en logistiek, zoals rij- en rusttijden, vrachtwetgeving en douanevoorschriften.

Milieuvoorschriften: Begrip van milieuwetgeving en duurzaamheidsprincipes die van invloed zijn op transport.

IT- en Softwarevaardigheden: Transport Management Systemen (TMS): Ervaring met software voor transportplanning en -beheer.

Talenkennis: Talen zijn jouw ding; Nederlands, Frans en Engels beheers je goed, en als je ook nog Duits spreekt, heb je een streepje voor.
