Heb je al ruime ervaring met het plannen van eigen chauffeurs en neem je graag de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over jouw regio?

Je komt terecht in een internationale speler binnen transport en logistiek in de regio Kortrijk. Deze organisatie telt een aanzienlijk aantal medewerkers en is actief in meerdere Europese landen. Binnen het bedrijf krijgt elke regio een eigen verantwoordelijke, waardoor je veel autonomie hebt in jouw rol als Transportplanner.

De focus ligt op efficiënt wegtransport en een sterke service naar klanten en partners. Je werkt samen met interne collega’s en kan rekenen op ondersteuning van een overkoepelende verantwoordelijke wanneer nodig.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning voor transporten van en naar jouw toegewezen regio volledig klopt
  • Je houdt je bezig met het optimaliseren van routes en ritten met oog op rendement en efficiëntie
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en internationale partners behoort tot jouw dagelijkse takenpakket
  • Je anticipeert snel op wijzigingen en lost operationele problemen zelfstandig op
  • De administratieve verwerking van transportdocumenten zoals CMR’s en laad- en losgegevens neem je nauwkeurig op jou
  • Je bewaakt de levertermijnen en kwaliteit van dienstverlening en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de transportafdeling maakt deel uit van jouw rol
  • Als Transportplanner ben jij volledig verantwoordelijk voor jouw regio en trek je zelfstandig je plan
  • Je hebt ervaring met het plannen van eigen chauffeurs
  • Ervaring binnen transport of logistiek is noodzakelijk om zelfstandig te kunnen werken
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels vlot voor communicatie met klanten en partners
