The posting

In een immokantoor is het altijd een drukte van jewelste. Verkoop, verhuur, beheer,... we doen het allemaal! Voor dat laatste, beheer dus, zoeken we nu iemand extra in ons team.

Wat houdt dat concreet in? Als immo kantoor beheren wij een heel aantal gebouwen. Dat wil zeggen dat wij verantwoordelijk zijn voor de goede gang van zaken.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Het financiële beheer van de gebouwen: je maakt afrekeningen en jaarrekeningen. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de interne boekhouding.
  • Het administratief beheer: je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking en opvolging van jouw dossiers. Ook verzekeringsdossiers horen hierbij. Hierbij kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning van een collega.
  • Het technisch beheer: soms zijn het kleine problemen die je zelf kan oplossen. Indien herstellingen nodig zijn, vraag je offertes op bij leveranciers en zoek je met hen naar de beste oplossing. Deze herstellingen volg je van nabij op. Daarnaast bereid je de jaarlijkse algemene vergaderingen en beheersvergaderingen voor en ben je aanwezig tijdens deze vergaderingen.

Een hele boterham dus! Veel taken = veel afwisseling en dat is precies wat jij zoekt!

  • Het is niet zozeer je diploma dat het verschil maakt, maar eerder je motivatie, houding en vriendelijke persoonlijkheid. Hoewel een achtergrond in boekhouding (opleiding of ervaring) een pluspunt kan zijn, is dit geen strikte vereiste.
  • Een eerste ervaring als syndicus is een vereiste. We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven professional die met kennis van zaken en stevige schouders onze mede-eigendom mee in goede banen leidt.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar de focus op menselijk contact ligt en je graag samenwerkt met mensen. In plaats van problemen te benadrukken, denk je in termen van oplossingen en kun je prioriteiten stellen. Verantwoordelijkheid nemen en een actieve werkdag hebben, motiveren je.
  • Administratief ben je sterk en je hebt ervaring met gangbare computerapplicaties. Kennis van Organimmo wordt gewaardeerd maar is geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en bent in staat om je in het Frans verstaanbaar te maken. Hoewel een rijbewijs handig kan zijn, is het geen noodzaak.
  • Je kiest je uurrooster: maandag tem vrijdag, of je kiest voor zaterdagwerk (met premie) 1 dag in de week thuis.
