Ben jij een gedreven verpleegkundige met een hart voor geestelijke gezondheidszorg?

- In deze rol stimuleer je patiënten om een zo hoog mogelijk niveau van zelfzorg en zelfstandigheid te bereiken en speel je een sleutelrol in hun herstelproces. - Je werkt nauw samen met een interdisciplinair team van experts, zoals psychologen, psychiaters en ergotherapeuten, om de zorg optimaal af te stemmen op de fysieke, psychische en sociale behoeften van de patiënt. Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie binnen het team, voer je verpleegkundige handelingen uit die bijdragen aan re-integratie, en hou je het elektronisch patiëntendossier nauwkeurig bij. - Samen werk je mee aan een patiëntgerichte, veilige en kwalitatieve zorgomgeving waar elke dag telt.

- Je hebt een diploma van bachelor of HBO5 in de verpleegkunde en kan minstens 5 jaar ervaring voorleggen als psychiatrisch verpleegkundige. - Je bent in het bezit van een postgraduaat GGZ en/of psychiatrie of ben bereid deze te behalen. - Je beschikt over sterke reflectieve en therapeutische skills en hebt interesse in/affiniteit met dialectische gedragstherapie. - Je hebt ervaring met crisiswerking. - Vanuit jouw positieve energie, empatisch vermogen en integere en herstelondersteunende houding weet je een correcte houding te waarborgen ten aanzien van onze patiënten, omgeving en andere zorgverleners. - Je bent geduldig en stelt je van nature luisterend op, maar kan ook assertief optreden waar nodig. - Je hebt een helicopterview en werkt contextueel. Je bent in staat scherp te observeren en rapporteert gericht. - Met stressvolle situaties ga je gezond om: je toont je flexibel en collegiaal om in team het hoofd te bieden aan de dagelijkse uitdagingen. - Je deelt je kennis graag en neemt actief een voorbeeldrol op binnen het team. Tevens leer je enthousiast bij van je collega's.
