Voor een onafhankelijk bank- en verzekeringskantoor met een sterke lokale verankering en een constante groei zoeken we een verzekeringsadviseur. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar persoonlijk advies, transparantie en langetermijnrelaties centraal staan. Samen met een ervaren en betrokken team bouw je mee aan een dienstverlening waarbij de klant zich écht gekend voelt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Klantenadviseur verzekeringen ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten. Je beantwoordt hun vragen, denkt mee na over hun situatie en zorgt ervoor dat hun verzekeringen perfect aansluiten bij hun leven. Dankzij jouw persoonlijke aanpak voelen klanten zich gehoord én geholpen.

Je combineert klantencontact met een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging en draagt zo actief bij aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.

  • Beheren en opvolgen van verzekeringsdossiers voor particuliere klanten
  • Adviseren van klanten over de meest geschikte verzekeringsoplossingen
  • Opmaken, aanpassen en beheren van verzekeringspolissen
  • Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, e-mail en tijdens kantoorbezoeken
  • Onderhouden van contacten met verzekeringsmaatschappijen
  • Administratief correct verwerken van dossiers en wijzigingen
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen de bestaande klantenportefeuille
  • Actief meedenken over de verdere uitbouw van de dienstverlening
  • Indien je al wat meer ervaring hebt, kan je ook een rol als verantwoordelijke op je nemen

Je haalt voldoening uit het opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en werkt graag in een omgeving waar kwaliteit vooropstaat.

Je herkent jezelf (grotendeels) in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen verzekeringen is een mooie troef
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je stelt de klant centraal en geeft eerlijk en doordacht advies
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en ziet opportuniteiten zonder opdringerig te zijn
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en durft Frans en Engels te spreken
