Werk jij graag met je handen en zie je graag een perfect afgewerkt resultaat? Als ervaren vloerder werk je mee aan renovatieprojecten waarbij kwaliteit en een fijne afwerking centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om te werken met moderne materialen en indrukwekkende grootformaat tegels en platen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plaatst vloer- en wandbetegeling bij renovatieprojecten.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk met keramische tegels en grootformaat tegels en platen.
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige plaatsing en een verzorgde eindafwerking.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig op de werf en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werkzaamheden.
  • Je stemt af met collega's en werfleiders om elk project tot een goed einde te brengen.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig om met materialen en zorgt voor een nette werkplek.
  • Je denkt mee over de beste aanpak wanneer een project specifieke uitdagingen met zich meebrengt.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een familiaal renovatiebedrijf dat al sinds 1988 actief is. Doorheen de jaren groeide het bedrijf uit tot een gevestigde waarde binnen renovatie, bouw en interieur. Het team telt ongeveer 30 medewerkers, waarvan 16 vakmensen op de werven.

Vanuit het magazijn in Damme vertrek je samen met je collega's naar verschillende renovatieprojecten. De focus ligt op mooie afwerking en kwalitatief werk. Er wordt regelmatig opleiding voorzien rond nieuwe materialen en technieken, zodat je als vakmens mee blijft met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als vloerder en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het plaatsen van vloer- en wandtegels.
  • Ervaring met grote keramische tegels of grootformaat platen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail en afwerking.
  • Je kunt je werk zelfstandig organiseren en hebt niet voortdurend begeleiding nodig.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team van vakmensen.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands of kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren over nieuwe materialen en technieken.
