Werk je graag met je handen en haal je voldoening uit een vloer die tot in de puntjes afgewerkt is? Zoek je een job waar je jouw vakkennis kan inzetten, samenwerkt met fijne collega's en trots kan zijn op het resultaat?

Voor een familiaal renovatiebedrijf in de regio West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een ervaren vloerder die zelfstandig aan de slag kan en oog heeft voor kwaliteit.

Wat ga je doen? Samen met een team van renovatiespecialisten zorg je voor een verzorgde afwerking van uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten.

  • Vloer- en wandbetegeling plaatsen bij renovatieprojecten
  • Werken met keramische tegels, waaronder grote formaten van 90 tot 120 cm
  • Grootformaatplaten nauwkeurig plaatsen en afwerken
  • Ondergronden voorbereiden en zorgen voor een correcte plaatsing
  • Tegels op maat snijden en voegen met oog voor detail
  • De kwaliteit van je eigen werk controleren
  • Samenwerken met collega's om elk project netjes af te werken
  • Veilig en georganiseerd werken op de werf

Je gaat dagelijks op verplaatsing en weet hoe belangrijk een verzorgde afwerking is voor het eindresultaat.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal renovatiebedrijf met jaren ervaring in bouw- en interieurprojecten. Met een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers, waaronder 16 arbeiders, werken ze dagelijks aan renovaties waarbij kwaliteit en afwerking centraal staan. Je vertrekt samen met je collega's vanuit het magazijn in de regio Damme naar de verschillende werven.

Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team van vakmensen die elkaar ondersteunen en samen zorgen voor een mooi eindresultaat. De werfleiders bieden de nodige professionele ondersteuning en er is aandacht voor een goede samenwerking.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als vloerder en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je hebt ervaring met vloer- en wandbetegeling
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met grote keramische tegels en grootformaatplaten
  • Je functioneert goed in een team en helpt collega's waar nodig
  • Je spreekt Nederlands om met klanten in dialoog te kunnen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk

Je kan meteen zelfstandig aan de slag. Er is momenteel geen ruimte voor een uitgebreide opleiding vanaf nul.
