  • Als werfleider wegenbouw neem jij het voortouw bij de dagelijkse organisatie op het terrein.
  • Je stuurt de eigen werfploegen en onderaannemers aan, zodat iedereen precies weet wat er moet gebeuren en de planning strak wordt gerespecteerd.
  • Het voorbereiden en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden behoort tot jouw kerntaken om een vlotte opstart van elk project te garanderen.
  • Je controleert nauwgezet de binnengekomen leveringen en beheert het aanwezige werfmaterieel om stilstanden op de werf te voorkomen.
  • Door een efficiënte personeelsplanning op te stellen, zorg je ervoor dat de juiste mensen en machines op het juiste moment worden ingezet.
  • Je waakt streng over de veiligheidsnormen en de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken, zodat het team elke dag in een veilige omgeving presteert.
  • Naast het veldwerk neem je deel aan werfvergaderingen en rapporteer je de voortgang helder aan de projectleider.

Profiel

  • Voor deze rol van werfleider wegenbouw kijken we vooral naar jouw praktische inzicht en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma bouwkunde of hebt dit niveau bereikt door relevante jaren ervaring in de sector.
  • Ervaring met infrastructuurwerken of complexe rioleringsprojecten is een must om meteen vlot mee te draaien.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke leider die rust uitstraalt, ook wanneer de planning op de werf onverwacht wijzigt.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk en een sterke kennis Frans helpt je om vlot te communiceren met Franstalige partners.
  • Je draagt kwaliteitsbewaking hoog in het vaandel en stelt veiligheid op de werf altijd als absolute prioriteit.
