Vacature 1 van 2 Ervaringsdeskundige Per direct, voor maximaal 12-24 uur per maand Wil jij vanuit je eigen ervaring bijdragen aan erkenning, herstel en verbetering? Dan nodigen wij je uit om deel te nemen aan de projectgroep Herstelmaatregelen De Glind. De Rudolphstichting en Pluryn erkennen dat de gebeurtenissen uit het verleden diepe en blijvende gevolgen hebben gehad voor sommige oud-bewoners en hun naasten. We willen daarom werken aan concrete stappen en blijvende aandacht voor erkenning en herstel en zichtbare verbetering van de jeugdzorg nu. De ervaringen, perspectieven en inzichten van oud-bewoners en ervaringsdeskundigen zijn daarbij van grote waarde. Samen met ervaringsdeskundigen willen we werken aan maatregelen die bijdragen aan erkenning, herstel en verbetering voor nu en de toekomst. Wat doe je als Ervaringsdeskundige? Als ervaringsdeskundige maak je deel uit van een projectgroep die bestaat uit een vertegenwoordiger van de Rudolphstichting, een vertegenwoordiger van Pluryn, een ervaringsdeskundige binnen de jeugdzorg en jij als oud-bewoner van De Glind met eigen ervaring met de misstanden. • Je denkt inhoudelijk mee over de herstelmaatregelen en wat er nodig is voor erkenning en herstel; • Je brengt jouw ervaringen, inzichten en perspectief in bij het formuleren van zorgvuldig afgewogen adviezen voor de stuurgroep; • Je draagt bij aan het behouden van overzicht over de verschillende herstelmaatregelen binnen het project; • Je neemt samen met de andere projectgroepleden besluiten over de adviezen aan de stuurgroep. Dit bieden we jou als Ervaringsdeskundige • Een betekenisvolle rol waarin jouw ervaringen bijdragen aan herstel en verbetering; • Een vergoeding van € 65,- per uur voor maximaal 24 uur per maand. Je vergoeding wordt op basis van maandelijkse declaratie uitbetaald; • De vergoeding voor vergaderingen is inclusief voorbereiding en eventuele verslaglegging; • Overige werkzaamheden, zoals...
