The posting

Welkom op Zeppelin, een warme ervaringsgerichte kleuter en lagere school in Mortsel. Onze school bevindt zich in een diverse wijk op de grens met Berchem en Deurne en is vlot bereikbaar met de fiets en het openbaar vervoer.

Zeppelin is een kleine school waar iedereen elkaar kent: kinderen, collega's én ouders. Het is samen school maken op zijn best: betrokken, authentiek en transparant.

De klassen zijn bewust heel klein. Gemiddeld zitten er 17 kinderen per geboortejaar, in leefgroepen per twee leeftijden. Onderzoekend en spelend leren staan hier centraal. De nieuwsgierigheid van de kinderen en de interesses van de teamleden vormen het vertrekpunt om samen op ontdekking te gaan. We spreken trouwens niet over leerkrachten, maar over begeleiders die de kinderen mee op sleeptouw nemen.

Je wordt ondersteund door je leefgroepcollega's en je kan rekenen op aanvangsbegeleiding vanuit het team om je wegwijs te maken. Functieomschrijving

  • Je vertrekt vanuit de interesses van de kinderen om deze uit te werken tot leerrijke, levensechte projecten.
  • Je creërt een warme klasomgeving waarin je kinderen begeleidt in hun cognitieve én sociaal-emotionele groei.
  • Je werkt in een klein en hecht team om samen school te maken de kinderen en hun ouders.
