Jouw ervaring kan voor iemand anders een bron van hoop, herkenning en perspectief zijn. Als ervaringswerker op de High Intensive Care (HIC) zet je jouw eigen herstelervaring professioneel in voor cliënten die tijdelijk intensieve en acute psychiatrische zorg nodig hebben. Je brengt een uniek perspectief mee dat de professionele kennis van je collega's aanvult en helpt om samen te kijken naar wat iemand nodig heeft om weer grip en regie te ervaren. Op de HIC begeleid en ondersteun je cliënten individueel en in groepen. Soms door jouw eigen ervaring te delen, soms door vooral goed te luisteren en ruimte te geven. Je sluit aan bij de cliënt, zonder het herstel over te nemen. Je helpt cliënten om hun eigen kracht en mogelijkheden te (her)ontdekken en ondersteunt hen bij het hervinden van perspectief. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire team. Vanuit jouw ervaringsdeskundige perspectief denk je mee over herstelgericht werken en help je collega's om ook vanuit de leefwereld en het perspectief van de cliënt te kijken. Als ervaringswerker op de HIC: - Begeleid en ondersteun je individuele cliënten en groepen vanuit herstelgerichte ervaringsdeskundigheid; - Zet je jouw eigen ervaring zorgvuldig en professioneel in als bron van herkenning, hoop en perspectief; - Stimuleer je cliënten om eigen regie te nemen en stappen te zetten die passen bij hun persoonlijke doelen en mogelijkheden; - Werk je nauw samen met naasten, het sociale netwerk van de cliënt en andere betrokken professionals; - Lever je vanuit jouw ervaringsdeskundige perspectief een actieve bijdrage aan het multidisciplinaire team; - Draag je bij aan herstelgerichte netwerkp...
