Über diese Stelle Als Erzieher/in oder Paramediziner/in in unserem psychiatrischen Pflegewohnheim unterstützt du unsere Bewohner dabei, ihre vorhandenen körperlichen, psychischen, kognitiven und sozialen Fähigkeiten so lange wie möglich zu erhalten und ggf. wiederzuerlangen. Durch eine individuell auf die besonderen Bedürfnisse unserer chronisch psychisch erkrankten Bewohner abgestimmte Betreuung trägst du dazu bei, deren Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität zu fördern.

Dein Profil - Du bist ausgebildete/r Erzieher/in oder Paramediziner/in und möchtest deine Fähigkeiten sowie deine Kreativität in der Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen einbringen. - Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Geduld zählen zu deinen Stärken, und du gehst respektvoll und verständnisvoll mit Menschen um. - Du arbeitest gerne im Team, übernimmst aber auch eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben und Projekte. - Du schätzt menschliche Nähe in deiner Arbeit und gleichzeitig die fachliche Herausforderung

Wer ist Vivias? Vivias besteht aus 3 Pflegeeinrichtungen, dem WPZS Hof Bütgenbach, dem WPZS St.Elisabeth St.Vith und dem Psychiatrischen Pflegewohnheim Haus Vitus St.Vith, in denen der Bewohner als Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht.

Wir beschäftigen insgesamt rund 320 Mitarbeiter(innen), die mit viel Herz täglich Hand in Hand arbeiten, um unseren Bewohnern einen lebenswerten und abwechslungsreichen Alltag zu bieten. Unsere beiden Standorte Bütgenbach und St. Vith liegen in der belgischen Eifel, im Grenzgebiet zu Deutschland und Luxemburg.
