Über das mobile Team Das Mobile Team für Erwachsene ermöglicht eine psychosoziale Begleitung von Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen. Wir bieten Unterstützungsangebote weg von festgefahrenen Strukturen hin zu Angeboten, die Menschen dort unterstützen, wo sie Hilfe brauchen. In ihrem gewohnten, ggf. sogar häuslichen Umfeld. Nah, direkt und gezielt. Warum ist das der Weg in die Zukunft? Weil sich die Föderalregierung für genau diesen Weg entschieden hat und mobile Unterstützungsangebote der Weg von morgen sind.
