Die Soziale Initiative arbeitet im Auftrag von Gemeinden, der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und des Sozialministeriumservice in verschiedenen sozialpädagogischen Arbeitsfeldern. Wir suchen 1 Erziehungs- und Alltagshilfe in unserem Team Familienwohnen Steyr (20 Wochenstunden)

Gestalte mit - deine Mission bei uns:

* Stärkung von Familien im Alltag durch die Förderung praktischer Alltagskompetenzen mit Herz und Struktur

* Begleitung und Entlastung in herausfordernden Situationen sowie Schaffung von Sicherheit im Alltag

* Unterstützung der altersgerechten Entwicklung von Kindern und Jugendlichen durch individuelle Förderung

* Gestaltung einer sinnvollen, kreativen und aktiven Freizeit mit den betreuten Kindern und Jugendlichen

* Aufbau und Festigung stabiler Alltagsstrukturen sowie verlässlicher Routinen und Rituale

* Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung besonderer Momente - von Alltagsritualen bis zu Festen im Jahresverlauf
