Unsere engagierten und kompetenten Mitarbeiter/innen stellen sich den Anforderungen eines dynamischen Marktes und optimieren fortlaufend unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen. 1 ESG Specialist in Voll- oder Teilzeit (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben bei Teilzeitbeschäftigung:

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des EcoVadis-Ratings der Lagermax Gruppe

* Konzernweite Koordination der Erhebung von ESG-Daten gemäß ESRS-Anforderungen

* Durchführung von Plausibilitätsprüfungen der gemeldeten ESG-Daten

* Aufbereitung, Konsolidierung und Analyse der ESG-Daten für das Nachhaltigkeitsstatement

* Mitarbeit bei ESG-Initiativen und Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten auf Konzernebene

Zusätzliche Aufgaben bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung

* Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von ESG-Schulungen sowie Awareness-Maßnahmen

* Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. ESRS und EU-Taxonomie)

* Unterstützung bei der internen und externen Kommunikation von Nachhaltigkeitsthemen

* Unterstützung bei ESG-bezogenen Kunden-, Lieferanten- und Stakeholderanfragen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Matura oder abgeschlossenes Studium (FH / Universität)

* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich ESG

* Hohe Zahlen- und Datenaffinität

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Sichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel

* Idealerweise Kenntnisse oder praktische Erfahrung mit EcoVadis, ESG-Ratings oder Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung
