bij UMC Utrecht (UMCU) - Utrecht Wil jij bijdragen aan de wetenschappelijke onderbouwing van herstelbevorderende verpleegkundige zorg in de GGZ? Solliciteer dan op deze promotieplaats binnen een nieuwe, landelijke onderzoekslijn. Dit ga je doen Dankzij een recent toegekende subsidie starten het Radboudumc, het UMC Utrecht, ProPersona, Altrecht, de Hogeschool Arnhem Nijmegen en de Hogeschool Utrecht een vierjarige onderzoekslijn gericht op essentiële, herstelbevorderende verpleegkundige zorg voor mensen met complexe psychische problemen. GGZ-verpleegkundigen spelen een sleutelrol bij het verminderen van klachten, het hervinden van regie, het versterken van sociale relaties en het creëren van perspectief en betekenis in het dagelijks leven. Echter is het onvoldoende bekend welke verpleegkundige zorgactiviteiten daadwerkelijk het meest bijdragen aan herstel. Binnen deze nieuwe onderzoekslijn ontwikkelen we samen met patiënten, verpleegkundigen, onderzoekers en onderwijsinstellingen nieuwe kennis over de bijdrage van verpleegkundige zorg aan herstel. Je werkt samen met een tweede promovendus die zal worden aangesteld in het Radboudumc. Samen leggen jullie de basis voor duurzame innovatie, kwaliteitsverbetering en professionalisering van de verpleegkunde binnen de GGZ. De onderzoekslijn volgt een participatieve mixed-methods aanpak. De eerste fase van het project bestaat uit: - een internationale literatuurstudie naar de effecten van essentiële verpleegkundige zorg op herstel, kwaliteit van leven en zorggebruik; - interviews met patiënten en verpleegkundigen over hun ervaringen en behoeften; en - observaties van verpleegkundige zorg in de dagelijkse praktijk. Vervolgens worden de bevindingen vertaald naar een expertconsensusstudie om vast te stellen welke verpleegkundige interventies het meest veelbelovend zijn.
