Wat als jij jouw technisch inzicht kon gebruiken om echte installaties te verbeteren en creatieve oplossingen te bedenken die meteen impact hebben?

In deze functie duik je in technische dossiers, bezoek je gebouwen en bedenk je oplossingen die klanten écht vooruithelpen. Je komt bij Equans terecht in een team waar je leert, analyseert, vergelijkt en samen tot sterke voorstellen komt. Zo groei je elke dag verder terwijl je mee bouwt aan onderhouds- en energieprojecten in Brussel, Charleroi en Mons.

Jouw werklocatie: Brussel, Charleroi en Mons.

Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Grimbergen/Nijvel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • technische artikels van bestekken grondig analyseren
  • installaties op het terrein bezoeken, vooral in Brussel, Charleroi en Mons
  • de prijsstructuur van het bestek analyseren
  • prijzen en kosten berekenen volgens de regels van het Tendering-departement
  • technische oplossingen uitwerken die passen bij de specificaties van het bestek
  • technische alternatieven voorstellen, zoals onderhoudsplanningen of interventieprocedures
  • meedenken aan creatieve voorstellen: onderhoudsconcepten, energiebeheer…
  • samenwerken binnen het team en werken onder begeleiding van de Tender Manager

  • een bachelordiploma
  • een goede basiskennis van technische concepten rond gebouwonderhoud en energiebeheer
  • de vaardigheid om technische documenten te analyseren, een prijsstructuur te begrijpen en concrete technische oplossingen uit te werken
  • vlot kunnen werken met verschillende softwaretools, waaronder Excel
  • sterke organisatie- en communicatieskills
  • een proactieve aanpak en een analytische manier van denken
  • het gemak om meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren
  • het hoofd koel houden en deadlines respecteren
  • een goede kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands
