The posting

In deze rol als Europe Tax Manager bouw je mee aan een correct en toekomstgericht fiscaal beleid voor de Europese activiteiten, met focus op België en Frankrijk. Je werkt nauw samen met de International Tax Director, de finance teams, externe adviseurs en belastingautoriteiten.

Concreet zal je:

  • het beheer en de coördinatie van de vennootschapsbelasting voor België en andere Europese entiteiten op je nemen, inclusief fiscale optimalisaties
  • de btw-processen beheren (België en Frankrijk), van aangiften en reconciliaties tot contacten met de fiscale administratie
  • de fiscale rapportering tijdens kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen ondersteunen, zowel volgens US GAAP als lokale regelgeving
  • bijdragen aan de wettelijke financiële rapportering en de bijhorende fiscale toelichtingen
  • meewerken aan transfer pricing en zorgen voor correcte en volledige documentatie
  • betrokken zijn bij internationale fiscale rapportering naar de Verenigde Staten, onder meer voor Form 5471
  • fiscale controles begeleiden en constructieve contacten onderhouden met belastingautoriteiten
  • fiscale ontwikkelingen, zoals OECD, BEPS en Pillar Two, opvolgen en vertalen naar concrete acties voor de organisatie
  • finance- en businesscollega's adviseren over fiscale vraagstukken en meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties binnen tax en finance

- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance, Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige richting

  • Je beschikt over minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor en/of een internationale onderneming
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van vennootschapsbelasting en btw en je blijft je graag bijscholen in wijzigingen in de fiscale wetgeving
  • Ervaring met transfer pricing is een pluspunt
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Europese fiscale regelgeving, bij voorkeur in België en/of Frankrijk
  • Kennis van US GAAP (ASC 740) en internationale fiscale rapportering is een troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig en neemt spontaan initiatief in een internationale omgeving
  • Je kan vlot overweg met Microsoft Office; kennis van SAP is mooi meegenomen
