Wat doe je als Europees Transportplanner bij DACHSER?

Jij zorgt ervoor dat goederen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats terechtkomen. Samen met collega's en transportpartners plan en organiseer je dagelijkse transporten naar verschillende Europese landen.

Van zodra een transportaanvraag binnenkomt, neem jij het dossier in handen. Je zoekt de meest geschikte transportoplossing, maakt afspraken met transporteurs en volgt het volledige dossier administratief op tot de levering succesvol is afgerond.

Naast het plannen ben je ook regelmatig in overleg met collega's, klanten en transporteurs. Geen enkele dag verloopt hetzelfde, en net dat geeft jou energie.

Je komt terecht in een team waar samenwerken centraal staat. We zoeken niet zozeer iemand die aan een lijstje competenties voldoet, maar iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en gemotiveerd is om mee te bouwen aan ons succes.

  • het oplossen van planningsuitdagingen;
  • het administratief correct opvolgen van transportdossiers;
  • contact met transporteurs en collega's;
  • het zoeken naar efficiënte oplossingen wanneer situaties wijzigen;
  • samenwerken binnen een team waar iedereen elkaar ondersteunt.

Hier herken jij jezelf in

  • Je bent vooral sterk gemotiveerd om de logistieke wereld verder te ontdekken of je expertise verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring binnen een planningsfunctie of een gelijkaardige logistieke functie.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en transportpartners.
  • Je bent hands-on en wacht niet af wanneer er iets moet gebeuren.
  • Administratie schrikt je niet af. Integendeel, je haalt voldoening uit een correcte opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Een basiskennis Frans helpt je verder in de functie.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het leuk dat jouw takenpakket afwisseling biedt.
