Wat ga je doen?

Voor onze klant in Willebroek zoeken we een ervaren transportplanner. Je organiseert dagelijks transporten naar verschillende Europese landen en volgt elk dossier op van aanvraag tot levering. Je overlegt daarbij met collega’s, klanten en transporteurs.

- Je kiest voor elke transportaanvraag een passende en efficiënte oplossing. - Je plant de transporten en maakt afspraken met transporteurs. - Je volgt de dossiers administratief op tot de goederen geleverd zijn. - Je schakelt snel wanneer een planning wijzigt en zoekt een werkbare oplossing. - Je houdt collega’s, klanten en transporteurs op de hoogte.

Heb je ervaring in planning en krijg je energie van het organiseren van Europese transporten? Solliciteer dan en vertel ons welke transport- of logistieke planningen je al hebt beheerd.

Wie ben jij?

  • Transporten plannen en organiseren.
  • Verschillende transportdossiers tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Afspraken maken met transporteurs.
  • Planningsproblemen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Prioriteiten stellen bij wijzigingen of vertragingen.
  • Transportdossiers administratief correct verwerken.
  • Duidelijk en professioneel communiceren.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel werken.

Opleiding: Er wordt geen specifiek diploma of opleidingsniveau gevraagd. Relevante ervaring in planning is wel vereist.

Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring in een planningsfunctie; dit is noodzakelijk. Bij voorkeur heb je minstens twee jaar ervaring in transportplanning of een vergelijkbare logistieke planningsfunctie. Je denkt analytisch en zoekt actief naar oplossingen. Je blijft rustig onder druk en kan snel schakelen wanneer de planning verandert. Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten, transporteurs en collega’s. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en stelt je flexibel op.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Het startloon bedraagt € 2.800 bruto per maand en kan bij veel relevante ervaring oplopen tot maximaal € 4.000 bruto per maand.
  • Daarnaast ontvang je maaltijdcheques van € 9 per gewerkte dag.
