Onze klant is een internationale logistieke dienstverlener die dagelijks goederenstromen over heel Europa organiseert. Dankzij een sterk netwerk, innovatieve oplossingen en een focus op kwaliteit zorgen zij ervoor dat goederen steeds op het juiste moment op de juiste bestemming aankomen.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Europees Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en opvolgen van internationale transporten binnen Europa. Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat elke zending efficiënt, correct en volgens planning verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Inplannen en organiseren van internationale transporten.
  • Zoeken naar de meest efficiënte en kosteneffectieve transportoplossingen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met transporteurs, klanten en interne afdelingen.
  • Opvolgen van transportdossiers van aanvraag tot levering.
  • Administratief verwerken van transportdocumenten en dossiers.
  • Snel inspelen op wijzigingen en onvoorziene omstandigheden.
  • Oplossen van planningsuitdagingen en operationele knelpunten.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen transport- en logistieke processen.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning, logistiek of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt steeds in oplossingen.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten snel veranderen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en haalt voldoening uit een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt initiatief.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket.
