Krijg je energie van evenementen die mensen verbinden? Dan ben jij de logistieke held die we zoeken! Van de sfeervolle kerstmarkt en de gezellige openluchtfilm tot zomeroptredens in het park, de 11 juli-viering en knusse activiteiten in de bib: jij zorgt dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt.

Functie

  • je neemt de praktische aspecten van de organisatie van evenementen voor je rekening, in samenspraak met collega’s van de vrijetijdsdienst (coördinator, programmator, bibliothecaris, onthaalmedewerker, technische medewerkers, poetsploeg)
  • je maakt afspraken met leveranciers, catering, partners, e.a.
  • je biedt ondersteuning bij de communicatie van evenementen
  • je volgt afspraken met vrijwilligers mee op
  • je zorgt ervoor dat de tijdslijn van de verschillende projecten gerespecteerd wordt
  • je woont verschillende vergaderingen bij en zorgt zonodig voor het verslag
  • je denkt mee over het evenementenbeleid van morgen
  • je staat op een beperkt aantal momenten in voor het onthaal van het ontmoetingscentrum. Op maandagavond doe je dat in combinatie met de balie van de bib
  • je hebt een flexibel uurrooster en avond- en weekendwerk schrikt je niet af
  • je kan fysiek de handen uit de mouwen steken en mee “sleuren en heffen”?
  • je hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs;
  • relevante ervaring is een pluspunt;
  • je slaagt voor de selectieprocedure;
  • je hebt een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister;
  • je voldoet aan de aanwervingsvoorwaarden zoals beschreven in de rechtspositieregeling van het lokaal bestuur Lint (zie www.lint.be).
