Voor onze afdeling Island Events op Terschelling zoeken wij een enthousiaste en ondernemende Evenementen Coördinator. Vanuit Island Events ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor alle groepsaanvragen binnen de WestCord Hotels op Terschelling. Denk aan bedrijfsuitjes, familieweekenden, congressen, bruiloften en grote feesten. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je werkt nauw samen met Island Events op Vlieland en alle afdelingen binnen ons Hotel, van Front Office tot F&B, én met lokale partners op het eiland. Als Evenementen Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en coördineren van evenementen van A tot Z , dit doe je samen met je andere collega en een stagiair. Je vertaalt de wensen van onze gasten naar unieke programma's op maat en zorgt dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt. Je denkt creatief mee, hebt oog voor detail en weet met jouw gastvrije aanpak iedere groep een onvergetelijke beleving te bezorgen. Jouw taken: - Beheren en coördineren van groepsaanvragen, van eerste contact tot evaluatie na afloop; - Opstellen van offertes en maatwerkprogramma's; - Onderhouden van intensief contact met gasten, lokale ondernemers en leveranciers; - Zorgdragen voor een optimale bezetting en verkoop van kamers, zalen en F&B; - Operationele begeleiding van evenementen op locatie; - Creatief meedenken over marketing en social media rondom Island Events; - Signaleren van trends en kansen op de markt en proactief verbeteringen voorstellen; - Samenwerken met hotelcollega's om elk event perfect te laten aansluiten op ons WestCord-concept.
