Locations Amsterdam Event Host DE ROL Als Event Host zorg jij ervoor dat het hele evenement soepel verloopt. Je verwelkomt de groep, maakt de ruimte klaar, begeleidt de activiteit, serveert eten en drinken, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat alles weer perfect klaarstaat voor de volgende groep. Op een drukke dag begeleid je misschien meerdere groepen tegelijk. Daarom heb je energie, warmte en het vermogen nodig om altijd een stap vooruit te denken, terwijl iedere gast zich goed verzorgd voelt. WAT JE GAAT DOEN • Verjaardagskamers, escaperooms en evenementenruimtes voorbereiden • Iedere groep verwelkomen en uitleggen hoe hun ervaring werkt • Evenementen met energie en zelfvertrouwen begeleiden • Kinderen enthousiast houden en ouders op hun gemak stellen • Eten en drinken voorbereiden, serveren en opruimen • Ervoor zorgen dat groepen op schema blijven, ook wanneer er meerdere tegelijk aanwezig zijn • Ruimtes tussen evenementen door schoonmaken, opnieuw inrichten en aanvullen • Boekingen correct afsluiten in ROLLER • Aan het begin van je dienst afstemmen met de Shift Leader JIJ PAST GOED BIJ DEZE ROL ALS JE… • 18 jaar of ouder bent • Nederlands en Engels spreekt • Goed met mensen kunt omgaan en oprecht warm en betrokken bent bij kinderen en ouders • Energiek, proactief en praktisch ingesteld bent • Zelfverzekerd voor groepen staat • Meerdere dingen tegelijk kunt regelen zonder in paniek te raken • Ziet wat er moet gebeuren voordat iemand erom vraagt • Netjes, grondig en betrouwbaar bent • Ervaring hebt in de horeca, kinderopvang, sport of het theater.
