* Planung & Umsetzung von A bis Z: Von Firmenevents und Hochzeiten im FIRMAMENT bis hin zu externen Groß-Caterings (Seidl Catering)

* Kundenbetreuung: Beratung und Begleitung unserer hochkarätigen Kunden (B2B und B2C) von der ersten Idee bis zum gelungenen Event

* Schnittstellen-Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Küchencrew, dem Service-Team und externen Partnern.

* Kalkulation & Angebotserstellung: Wirtschaftliches Denken bei der Angebotserstellung und Nachkalkulation

* Aktive Kundenbetreuung bei Veranstaltungen sowie das Briefing der Mitarbeiter

* Nachbereitung der Events mit dem Team und dem Kunden

* Betriebswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

* Prozess- und Strategieentwicklung

Dein Profil

* Fundierte Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Event-Management, der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie mit

* Hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz

* Ausgezeichnetes Organisations- & Improvisationstalent

* Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Leidenschaft & Gastgeber-Gen: Du liebst es, für Menschen unvergessliche Momente zu kreieren
