Das MAGDAS Hotel ist Österreichs erstes Social Business Hotel. Als farbenfroher Ort des Miteinanders bietet es Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationserfahrung Arbeits- und Ausbildungsplätze. Im Herbst 2022 haben wir ein neues Hotel mit einem spannenden Lokal im dritten Bezirk eröffnet. Dafür suchen wir motivierte und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter:innen, die uns langfristig unterstützen wollen. 1 Event- & Sales Manager:in für MAGDAS Hotel (all genders) (ab November I 40 Wochenstunden I 1030 Wien I ab € 2.300 Brutto)

Was du machst * Du bist die zentrale Kontaktperson für alle Belange rund um MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions) * Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere (potentiellen) Kund:innen übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung für die Vermietung unserer kreativen Räumlichkeiten * Mit deiner Expertise stärkst du bestehende Kund:innenbeziehungen und gewinnst gleichzeitig neue Kund:innen, um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen * Du bearbeitest die Anfragen und Anliegen der Kund:innen und erstellst ihnen ansprechende und individuelle Angebote * Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen und allen beteiligten Abteilungen im Hotel und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Veranstaltungen * Du verantwortest die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen und Banketten * Du planst, organisierst und koordinierst die Events und bist für die Endabrechnung mit den Kund:innen zuständig * Deine Erfahrungen und Ideen fließen in die Entwicklung weiterer MAGDAS Hotels in Österreich und international ein

Was du kannst * Eine Ausbildung im Bereich Tourismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Erste Berufserfahrungen im Bankettmanagement, im Verkauf und in der Akquisition von Neukund:innen * Deine der Tätigkeit entsprechenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift lassen uns staunen. Idealerweise sprichst du noch weitere Fremdsprachen * Auch deine MS-Office (insbesondere Excel) Kenntnisse können uns beeindrucken * Du hattest in deiner beruflichen Laufbahn bereits mit Hotel Software Lösungen zu tun - im besten Fall mit MEWS und Event Temple * Genauigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Selbstorganisation sind für dich nicht nur Schlagworte, sondern gehören einfach zu dir * Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und bist dienstleistungsorientiert
