DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Visionen und perfekter Umsetzung, von der ersten Anfrage bis zur fertigen Veranstaltung

* Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen, oft zwischen den Zeilen

* Beratung auf Augenhöhe und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Konzepte

* Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten mit Fokus auf Qualität und Budget

* Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit

* Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe auch bei parallelen Projekten

* Ganzheitliche Gestaltung von Veranstaltungen mit Fokus auf Erlebnis statt reinem Verkauf

* Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Menschen, Details und besondere Momente sowie die Fähigkeit, Begeisterung und Detailorientierung zu verbinden

* Authentischer Zugang zum Verkauf, ohne klassischen Verkaufsdruck, dafür mit Fokus auf echte Bedürfnisse und nachhaltige Beziehungen

* Kompetenz, aus Ideen besondere Erlebnisse zu entwickeln und Konzepte greifbar zu machen

* Gesucht wird keine klassische Sales-Person und kein reiner Eventplaner, sondern eine starke Persönlichkeit mit eigenständigem Zugang zur Rolle

* Strukturierte, gleichzeitig flexible Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und konsequente Umsetzung

* Klare, wertschätzende Kommunikation

* Leidenschaft für exzellente Kundenbetreuung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Eventbereich oder in der Gastronomie

* Entscheidender Faktor ist die persönliche Haltung sowie ein hoher Anspruch an Qualität und Ergebnis
