Unser neues 4 Sterne Hotel verfügt über 52 Zimmer mit einem klaren Fokus auf Businessgäste und Seminarteilnehmer. Die gute Auslastung an Seminargästen trägt wesentlich zum Erfolg des Hotels bei.

Unser Motto ist: "Vielfalt, die schmeckt!" In unserem Haus befinden sich mehrere langjährig etablierte Restaurants, ein Cafe, eine Bar und vieles mehr. Das Restaurant ist 7 Tage von 7 bis 24 Uhr geöffnet.

Event- und Reservierungsmanager (w./m./d.) für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung ab sofort

Sie haben eine große Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie und sind ein absoluter Teamplayer. Ihre offene, kommunikative und freundliche Art zeichnen Sie besonders aus. Sie sind motiviert, zuverlässig sowie ein absolutes Organisationstalent und freuen sich auf eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Arbeit. Dann sind Sie bei uns goldrichtig!

Arbeitsort: A-8074 Raaba-Grambach , Hauptstraße 20

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenverantwortliche Organisation, Planung und Koordination von Seminaren-, Firmen- und Privatfeiern (Geburtstage, Hochzeiten, Weihnachtsfeiern, etc..) sowie externen Caterings.

* Kundenbetreuung & Verkauf: professionelle Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen (Telefon, E-Mail, Persönlich), Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Angeboten und Menüvorschlägen sowie Durchführung von Hausführungen.

* Reservierungsmanagement: Strukturierte Verwaltung und Optimierung der täglichen Restaurantreservierungen zur optimalen Auslastung unseres Gastronomiebetriebes.

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Abstimmung und Detailabsprache mit der Küchenleitung (Menüfolgen, Logistik bei Catering) und dem Serviceteam (Ablaufpläne, Bestuhlung) für einen reibungslosen Ablauf vor Ort.

* Betreuung von wichtigen Veranstaltungen vor Ort

* Nachbereitung & Controlling: Erstellung von internen Ablaufplänen (Function Sheets), Abrechnung der Veranstaltung und Einholen von Kundenfeedback.

Ihr Profil:

* Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie (HAK, HLW, Hotelkaufmann/-frau, Hotelfachschule) und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Event-, Bankett-, oder Reservierungsbereich.

* Organisationstalent: Sie behalten auch bei hoher Auslastung den Überblick, arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.

* Kommunikationsstärke: Herzliches, professionelles und gewinnendes Auftreten im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Gästen und Partner.
