Iemand die ons helpt om een helder verhaal te maken en dit verhaal zichtbaar te maken op de socials. Iemand die gepassioneerd laat zien hoeveel mooie, unieke en bijzondere dingen er gebeuren op het Gerrit Rietveld College. Het betreft een vacature voor ca. 0,3 fte (12 uur) per week, die je in overleg flexibel in kunt vullen, met als kanttekening dat je natuurlijk wel aanwezig bent op de door jou georganiseerde evenementen. Deze functie is gezien de omvang en de mogelijkheid om je uren flexibel in te plannen, ook uitermate geschikt voor een student. Je werkt nauw samen met de al aanwezige communicatiemedewerker, die de geschreven informatievoorziening voor haar rekening neemt. Je hoeft je dus niet druk te maken om een huisstijl, schoolgids etc. Voor deze vacature is het belangrijk dat je een kei bent in organiseren, daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk, op alle terreinen. Je weet snel de juiste bronnen aan te boren, nieuwe contacten te leggen en bestaande contacten goed te onderhouden. Je bent creatief en de socials kennen geen geheimen voor je, die weet je op een professionele manier te gebruiken. Je bent instaat om draaiboeken en een promotiekalender te ontwikkelen en je hebt je administratie rondom de diverse evenementen perfect op orde. Het is een nieuwe functie op het GRC en we zullen dan ook in overleg met jou afhankelijk van opleiding, werkervaring en interesses de prioriteiten binnen deze functie bepalen.
