Als Teil Österreichs größter Tourismusgruppe, dem VERKEHRSBUERO, zeichnet sich die Unter... 1 Events & Catering Serviceleiter (m/w/d)

DEINE ROLLE * Repräsentation unserer Eventlocations Palais Ferstel, Palais Daun-Kinsky und Wiener Börsensäle sowie erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste * Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Veranstaltungen sowie Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablaufs * Effiziente Personalplanung sowie fachliche Führung und Koordination des Serviceteams * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen veranstaltungsrelevanten Abteilungen sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informationsflusses * Koordination der Vorbereitungs-, Auf-, Um- und Abbauarbeiten laut Function Sheet * Planung und Durchführung von Bestellungen und Inventuren sowie Verantwortung für die Veranstaltungsabrechnung * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Qualitäts-, gesetzlichen sowie internen Unternehmensstandards und Durchführung entsprechender Personalschulungen * Aktive und kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer Service- und Veranstaltungskonzepte sowie Optimierung interner Prozesse

DEINE STÄRKEN * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Service von Vorteil * Fundierte Führungserfahrung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Veranstaltungsbranche * Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams * Unternehmerisches Denken und wirtschaftliches Verständnis * Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, professionelles Auftreten, ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen * Teamspirit - denn ohne dein Team geht einfach nichts * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hoher Qualitätsanspruch - auch in stressigen Situationen * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Für die Position als Events & Catering Serviceleiter (m/w/d) gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 2.771 brutto monatlich. Natürlich honorieren wir Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen, sodass du mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung dein Bruttogehalt auf € 3.700 erhöhen kannst.
