We are looking for an inspiring Groups & Events Manager to lead and further develop our Events department. In this role, you will not only oversee the successful execution of groups and events, but also play a key role in driving commercial growth, strengthening our market position and contributing to the strategic ambitions of the hotel as part of the Management Team. Together with our Regional Sales team, you will be responsible for positioning Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark and Floor17 as the social event destination of Amsterdam West. From corporate meetings and dinners to rooftop parties, exclusive social and seasonal gatherings and large-scale celebrations, you will continuously identify new opportunities, create innovative concepts and build long-term relationships that drive revenue and visibility. As a natural leader, you inspire, coach and empower your team while further professionalizing processes, standards and ways of working within the department and our organization. You lead by example, bring structure where needed and create an environment in which commercial success and exceptional guest experiences go hand in hand.
