Van vlekkeloze eventopstellingen in de ochtend tot levendige bijeenkomsten in de avond — alles gebeurt achter de schermen en op de werkvloer. En daar hebben we jou voor nodig.

Gelegen in The Lobby Fizeaustraat is onze locatie een bruisende hotspot waar hotel, restaurant en events samenkomen. Gedurende de dag verandert de sfeer voortdurend — van zakelijke meetings en informele bijeenkomsten tot diners, feesten en borrels in de avond. Het stijlvolle interieur, de open ruimtes en de gastvrije sfeer creëren de perfecte setting voor uiteenlopende evenementen.

Als Operational Events Intern stap je in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige verloop van events — van voorbereiding en opbouw tot uitvoering en afbouw. Overdag help je bijvoorbeeld met het klaarzetten van vergaderruimtes of het ontvangen van zakelijke gasten. Naarmate de dag vordert, verschuift de energie naar sociale events, private diners of levendige avondprogramma's.

Je leert hoe je anticipeert op de behoeften van gasten, snel schakelt en verschillende soorten evenementen met vertrouwen en professionaliteit ondersteunt. Met oog voor detail, een hands-on mentaliteit en een vriendelijke houding help je mee om onvergetelijke ervaringen te creëren voor iedere gast. Daarnaast krijg je inzicht in de commerciële kant van events door tijd door te brengen met ons Meetings & Events (M&E) Sales team, waar je leert hoe evenementen worden gepland, verkocht en gecoördineerd van eerste aanvraag tot uitvoering.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Assisteren bij de voorbereiding, opbouw en afbouw van events en bijeenkomsten;

• Gasten verwelkomen en zorgen voor een soepel en gastvrij eventverloop;

• Ondersteunen van de operationele flow tijdens meetings, private diners en events;
