Sluit je aan bij ons team op afdeling Slot, locatie de Bron, want we hebben jou nodig als: EVV afdeling Slot 24 - 28 uur per week Dit ga je straks met veel plezier doen. In 't kort. - Je biedt verzorging, verpleging en begeleiding aan bewoners. - Je coördineert de zorg samen met familie en mantelzorgers. - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals wondzorg en het toedienen van medicatie. - Je draagt bij aan het psychisch, lichamelijk en sociaal welzijn van bewoners volgens het zorgplan. - Je bent als EVV-coördinator de verbindende schakel tussen bewoners, familie en het team. - Je beantwoordt vragen, pakt klachten op en denkt mee in oplossingen. - Je zorgt voor een prettig woon-, leef- en werkklimaat voor bewoners en collega's. Hier ga je werken. Wij zijn Samen, dé partner bij het ouder worden in de gemeente Schagen en Hollands Kroon. Cliënten kunnen bij ons terecht voor thuiszorg, wonen met zorg, revalidatie & behandeling, welzijnsdiensten en dagactiviteiten. Je gaat aan de slag op afdeling Slot in De Bron, een van onze grotere locaties. De Bron bestaat uit vier afdelingen: Gracht, Markt, Slot en Toren. Hier heerst een warme, gemoedelijke sfeer en het is het thuis van ruim 100 bewoners. Op het ruime, gezellige binnenplein kunnen bewoners genieten van activiteiten, een kopje koffie of een potje biljart. De Bron voelt als een klein dorp, waar iedereen elkaar kent, en fungeert ook als ontmoetingsplek voor de buurt, bijvoorbeeld tijdens verkiezingen. De zorgzwaarte op de afdelingen varieert sterk, van psychogeriatrisch tot somatisch en GGZ. Maar welke zorg er ook nodig is, de deuren staan altijd open en bewoners behouden de regie over hun ...
