Maak jij het verschil in de ouderenzorg? Dit is jouw werkplek Eldenstaete ligt aan de rand van Elden aan de zuidkant van Arnhem. De woonlocatie is verdeeld over 3 gebouwen. Eén van de gebouwen valt onder jouw directe verantwoordelijkheid. Samen met je collega's op de andere gebouwen werk je ook aan vernieuwing, innovatie en kwaliteit over de drie gebouwen heen. Deze locatie heeft specifieke aandacht nodig op het gebied van het implementeren van de nieuwe strategie van Pleyade, het verbeteren van kwaliteit van zorg en aandacht voor de vitaliteit van medewerkers. Dit is jouw baan Jij weet én doet wat nodig is voor de verzorging en het welzijn van bewoners van Pleyade. Jij coördineert de zorg, ondersteuning en begeleiding in afstemming met de cliënt en jouw collega's. Voor de familie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor hun vragen en zorgen. Samen met je collega's zet jij je in voor een fijne woonbeleving voor de mensen die jij verzorgt en ondersteunt. Je speelt actief en creatief in op veranderingen in hun wensen en zorgbehoeften. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Als EVV'er heb je een breed en gevarieerd pakket van taken en verantwoordelijkheden, waarbinnen jij bepaalt hoe je dit invult. Je werktijden en -dagen zijn wisselend en stemmen we samen af op basis van jouw beschikbaarheid en de mogelijkheden binnen het team.
