The posting

De hoofdverpleger staat in voor de coordinatie van de operationele ploegen (verzorgende, paramedici) van de éénheid waarvan u verantwoordelijk bent en waarvan u het werk begeleidt en controleert, rekening houdend met de wettelijke, de technische voorschriften en de voorschriften van medische beveiligheid.

De hoofdverpleger brengt het leefproject in de praktijk om het welzijn van de residenten te verzekeren, hun autonomie te promoten en hun waardigheid te bewaren.

DEELNAME VOORWAARDEN AANWERVINGSEXAMEN

  • Aan de dienstplichtwetten voldaan hebben;
  • De burgerlijke en politieke rechten genieten;
  • Voldoen aan de examens georganiseerd door WERKENVOOR.be over de kennis van de tweede taal in verhouding tot het betreffende niveau (elementaire kennis);
  • Voldoen aan de proeven georganiseerd door het OCMW waarvan het programma hierna vermeld is;
  • Aan het einde van de aanwervingsprocedure, voldoen aan de administratieve formaliteiten zoals bepaald in de statutaire bepalingen of het arbeidsreglement om te werken bij het OCMW van Sint-Jans-Molenbeek;
  • Houder zijn van de titel van gegradueerde of gebrevetteerde verpleger;
  • Een beroepspraktijk van 5 jaar tellen in ziekenhuizen of rust- en verzorgingstehuizen;
  • In het bezit zijn van een getuigschrift dat toegang geeft tot code 4 of het verwerven binnen een termijn van 1 jaar te tellen vanaf de bevordering en beschikken over of bereid zijn tot het volgen van de specifieke leidinggevende vorming die toegang geeft tot de functie (zorgmanagement opleiding).

PROGRAMMA VAN DE PROEVEN

A. Schriftelijk examen (4 u) op maandag 23/11/2026 vanaf 9 uur

Synthese en kritisch commentaar van een voordracht over een algemeen onderwerp.

Vereiste punten : minimum 60 / 120

B. Mondeling examen (20 min) op maandag 30/11/2026 in de voormiddag

Gesprek met het oog op de beoordeling van:

  • De beroepskennis;
  • De zin voor initiatief, beslissingen en werkorganisatie;
  • De geschiktheid om bevelen te geven;
  • De interne en externe communicatievaardigheid.

Vereiste punten : minimum 60 / 120

Vereist totaal : 144 / 240
