About the Role As an Intern in the Captive Centre of Excellence, you will be embedded in a small, high-impact team at the heart of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) strategy. You will take on responsibility from day one: creating new solutions for our clients, supporting on transactions, developing Swiss Re's captive value proposition, conducting market research, and engaging with stakeholders across the organisation and the broader market. This role suits someone who is self-directed, intellectually curious about structured insurance solutions, and energised by working across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in advancing transactions and identifying and developing leads by conducting client needs assessments; - Contribute to the development of structured and alternative risk transfer product positioning, building understanding of solutions such as structured fronting, parametric insurance, risk financing, and legacy solutions; - Lead market research and intelligence gathering on captive market trends, regulatory developments, competitor positioning, and client needs and synthesising findings into clear, actionable insights for the COE and senior stakeholders; - Support the development and articulation of Swiss Re's captive value proposition, contributing to the creation of marketing materials and conference c...
