Organiser et assurer le suivi

Vous prenez en main l'agenda, la boîte mail et les déplacements du CEO, et vous pesez sur les priorités. Vous préparez les réunions, rédigez des comptes rendus et des notes de synthèse claires, et suivez les décisions jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient réellement exécutées. Vous accueillez les clients et partenaires au nom du CEO.

Automatiser et digitaliser

C'est ce qui distingue cette fonction. Vous identifiez les bons outils d'IA, vous les testez et vous les déployez pour faire disparaître les tâches répétitives. Vous construisez des workflows qui tiennent la route plutôt que des projets pilotes, vous partagez ce qui fonctionne avec le reste de l'organisation et vous êtes pour le CEO l'interlocuteur sur la digitalisation.

Contribuer à la réflexion

Vous préparez les dossiers des réunions stratégiques et y apportez votre propre lecture. Pour le développement du groupe en Flandre, vous êtes en outre le pont linguistique et culturel.

  • Master ou équivalent par l'expérience.
  • Une expérience proche d'une direction, ou un profil académique solide prêt à franchir ce pas.
  • Excellent néerlandais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et très bon niveau de français. Les deux sont des langues de travail quotidiennes.
  • Une expérience concrète des outils d'IA (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), pas par curiosité mais dans votre travail de tous les jours.
  • Structuré, précis et assertif : vous osez protéger l'agenda d'un CEO.
  • Vous anticipez au lieu d'attendre des instructions, et vous êtes discret sur ce que vous entendez.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement multilingue et les déplacements vers les sites ne vous freinent pas.

Vous cherchez une fonction administrative strictement délimitée, vous préférez qu'on vous dise quoi faire, vous n'aimez pas changer de lieu de travail, ou vous voyez l'IA comme un effet de mode plutôt que comme un outil.

  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée, à temps plein, avec un régime 4/5 négociable.
  • Un salaire à la hauteur de votre expérience, avec voiture de société et carte carburant, bonus lié aux performances, assurance hospitalisation et indemnité forfaitaire de frais. La fourchette salariale est abordée ouvertement dès le premier entretien.
  • Un rôle visible, avec un accès direct à la direction du groupe et aux décisions qui comptent.
  • Pour qui a de l'ambition, de réelles perspectives d'évolution vers des fonctions de management, de projet ou opérationnelles plus larges.
