Jij zorgt ervoor dat afspraken zorgvuldig zijn georganiseerd en dat alle praktische en organisatorische zaken geregeld zijn voordat erom gevraagd wordt. - Je beheert een complexe agenda en stemt afspraken af met diverse stakeholders. - Je beheert de mailbox, bewaakt prioriteiten en signaleert actiepunten. - Je bereidt afspraken inhoudelijk voor en zorgt dat alle documenten compleet zijn. - Je organiseert vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en zakelijke reizen tot in detail. - Je bewaakt deadlines, voortgang en follow-up van acties. - Je ontzorgt proactief en houdt continu overzicht op lopende werkzaamheden.
