Je bent de rechterhand van 2 directeuren en zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en voortgang binnen een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is. Je schakelt continu op hoog niveau, bewaakt prioriteiten en zorgt dat besluiten worden omgezet in concrete acties. In deze nieuwe rol krijg je het vertrouwen én de ruimte om taken naar je toe te trekken, waardoor je de directie echt ontzorgt en verder meebouwt aan de verdere professionalisering. Benieuwd naar jouw nieuwe werkplek? We drinken graag een kop koffie. Wat ga je doen? Als Executive Assistent ben jij het verlengstuk van de directie. Je zorgt voor overzicht, structuur en rust, zodat zij zich kunnen richten op strategische vraagstukken. Continu schakel je tussen operationeel, tactisch en deels strategisch niveau. Voor de ene directeur ligt de focus meer op agendabeheer en voorbereiding van overleggen, terwijl je voor de ander juist taken uit handen neemt op facilitair en juridisch vlak. Je houdt regie, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat besluiten worden omgezet in acties. Jouw dagen vul je concreet & afwisselend met: - Complex en strategisch agendabeheer voor 2 directieleden; - Structureren, voorbereiden en vastleggen van directie overleggen (incl. opvolging); - Inhoudelijk voorbereiden van meetings en samenvatten van documenten en besluitstukken; - Fungeren als sparringpartner en kritische gesprekspartner voor de directie; - Organiseren van interne en externe events, zoals bijvoorbeeld het komende summer event voor collega's; - Jij zorgt ervoor dat bij storingen en klachten er actie wordt ondernomen en dat dit snel en goed wordt opgepakt; - Tevens ben je betrokken bij het aangaan en organiseren van onderho...
