Ihre Aufgaben:

* Operative Leitung und übergreifende Koordination der Küchenbereiche am Standort Flughafen Wien-Schwechat * Kontrolle, Unterstützung und fachliche Begleitung aller Küchenleiter:innen in Bezug auf Speisenqualität, Produktionsabläufe und Standards * Bei Bedarf aktive Mitarbeit im Küchenbereich: Menüzubereitung, Produktionsplanung und Qualitätssicherung * Verantwortung für Menügestaltung sowie die Koordination von Aktions- und Themenwochen * Zentrale Ansprechperson für Allergene, Spezifikationen, Kennzeichnungspflichten und lebensmittelrechtliche Vorgaben * Führung und Entwicklung des Teams sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Stewarding * Sicherstellung und Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Großküche * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Position in der Küche, idealerweise in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung * Erfahrung in der Begleitung oder Leitung von Neueröffnungen von gastronomischen Betrieben von Vorteil * Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit, neue Abläufe und Strukturen effizient mitzugestalten * Führungskompetenz: Sie verstehen es, Teams aufzubauen, zu motivieren und durch Phasen der Veränderung zu führen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Küchenorganisation, Speisengestaltung und Hygienestandards (HACCP) * Affinität zum digitalen Arbeiten sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen (insbesondere Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen und MS Office) * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
