Op verzoek van de opdrachtgever geschiedt dat veelal in de luwte, omdat men er vanwege moverende redenen in de markt geen ruchtbaarheid aan wil geven. Het kan gaan om een functie met een meer permanent karakter in de vorm van een vaste baan met ontwikkelperspectief. Maar het kan ook een interim assignment betreffen om een tijdelijk vacuum in te vullen of om een meer projectmatige bijv. changemanagement opdracht vorm te geven. In dit kader komt HRM-Partner graag in contact met professionele HR Directors, die het verschil in een onderneming/organisatie weten te maken. Profiel: - Academisch werk- en denkniveau, relevante studierichting; - Daadkrachtig HRM professional, tenminste 10 jaar werkervaring in professionele complexere setting, tenminste 5 jaar managerial; - Bekend met ken-, stuurgetallen, actuele wet- en regelgeving en ontwikkelingen in HRM; - Gedreven, ambitieus, ondernemend, dynamisch; - Visie, denkt out-of- the box, heldere geest; - People en change manager, verbinder, coach, inspirator met lef, tact en flair; - Echte business partner, bedrijfskundige insteek; - Juiste mix van pragmatisme, nuchter handelen met conceptueel denkvermogen; - Weet het verschil te maken, levert opvallend toegevoegde waarde aan de organisatie en binnen het directie team; - Overziet, doorziet organisatie(s), belangen en processen (korte, middellange en lange termijn focus); - Anticipeert, schakelt behendig, snel en soepel, stuurt op output; - Afhankelijk van setting, veelal wordt goede tot uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (en regelmatig van 1 of meerdere andere Europese talen) gevraagd.
