cVatemz Specifiek profiel De commissaris: - is een bevlogen vastgoedstrateeg die vanuit de toezichthoudende rol voldoende afstand houdt tot de uitvoering; - is een stevige persoonlijkheid met een visie op (sociaal) ondernemen, passend bij de verantwoordelijkheden van een woningcorporatie; - kan het goede gesprek voeren over de wijze waarop de vastgoedportefeuille blijft aansluiten op de maatschappelijke opgave, de ontwikkeling van de woningmarkt, de gemeenten, huidige en toekomstige bewoners en de financiële mogelijkheden van de organisatie; - daagt de directeur-bestuurder uit op strategische vastgoedkeuzes en toetst deze op maatschappelijke waarde, financierbaarheid, betaalbaarheid en kwaliteit, met oog op de toekomstbestendigheid van de portefeuille; - heeft aantoonbare ervaring met (her)ontwikkeling, vastgoedexploitatie en duurzame, toekomstbestendige vastgoedstrategieën; - overziet de financiële en bedrijfseconomische consequenties van vastgoedkeuzes en heeft actuele kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving, fiscaliteit en financieringsmogelijkheden; - begrijpt dat wijkontwikkeling een investering is in vastgoed met sociale meerwaarde; - denkt buiten bestaande kaders en blijft de vragen stellen die nodig zijn om aannames, keuzes en risico's scherp te krijgen; - weet wat goed samenspel is, ook met de huurdersbelangenorganisatie en overige belanghebbenden, zoals de gemeenten; - houdt als lid van de auditcommissie namens de RvC toezicht op de interne financiële risicobeheersing, de controlesystemen en de compliance.
