Als Expansion Manager zijn uw belangrijkste taken:

Ontwikkelingsstrategie:

  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkelingsstrategie van de formule.
  • Het ontwikkelingspotentieel van nieuwe franchisenemers analyseren.
  • Een prognoseplanning opstellen voor nieuwe prospects op 3, 6 en 12 maanden.
  • De ontwikkelingsindicatoren van prospects opvolgen.

Prospectie en selectie van kandidaten:

  • Actief prospecteren om franchisekandidaten te vinden.
  • Kandidaturen analyseren op basis van vastgestelde criteria.
  • De formule voorstellen aan voorgeselecteerde kandidaten en hun profiel valideren.

Opbouw van het franchiseproject:

  • Voorafgaande sociaaleconomische studies uitvoeren.
  • Prognoses van exploitatierekeningen opstellen.
  • De nodige documenten voorbereiden voor financieringsaanvragen.
  • Een volledig haalbaarheidsdossier van het project samenstellen.

Begeleiding van de toekomstige franchisenemer:

  • Assisteren bij de ondertekening van huurcontracten en financieringsaanvragen.
  • Het franchisecontract met de kandidaat ondertekenen.
  • De franchisenemer opvolgen tijdens de inrichtingswerken en de opstart van de reclame.
  • De franchisenemer begeleiden tot de opening van de winkel en bij de renovatie van een bestaand verkooppunt.
  • 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Kennis van de sector/markt is een plus: ervaring in de franchise-, retail- of vastgoedsector is een troef.
