WAS SIE ERWARTET:

* Aktive Ansprache und Gewinnung potenzieller Partner im Handel.

* Gewinnung von Neukunden aus anderen Handelsorganisationen sowie Nachbesetzung bestehender Standorte.

* Durchführung fundierter Analysen zur Bewertung von Standortpotenzials und wirtschaftlicher Rentabilität

* Planung und Umsetzung neuer Standorte in Zusammenarbeit mit internen & externen Partnern

* Aufbau und Pflege gezielter Kontakte zu Gemeinden sowie Begleitung von Gemeindeprojekten.

* Einführung und Begleitung von Neukunden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Innen-und Außendienst, Ladenbau und internen Bereichen (EK/CM, Verwaltung, IT).

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:

* Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Außendienst mit nachweisbarer Abschlussstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit.

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.

* Effizienter und strukturierter Arbeitsstil mit starkem Fokus auf Ergebnisse.

* Starkes Zahlenverständnis und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse zur Bewertung und Steuerung von Geschäftspotenzialen.
