Dan ben jij misschien wel de nieuwe expediënt die wij zoeken! KLG Europe staat voor Borderless Logistics en ter uitbreiding van ons 'Europa' team zijn wij op zoek naar een expediënt (planner). Als expediënt ben je verantwoordelijk voor enkele landengroepen, je zorgt ervoor dat de zendingen tijdig en zonder schade op de juiste bestemming komen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook samen met je team. Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit? Als expediënt (planner) begin je je dag met het nalopen van je planning van de dag ervoor. Daarna pak je je planning voor de volgende dag op. Je hebt de hele dag veel contact met je collega's van verschillende afdelingen, maar ook met onze vaste carriers en internationale agenten. Je bent werkzaam op een levendige en bruisende afdeling waar teambelang voorop staat. Er is ruimte voor sociale contacten en een grapje, maar we stropen ook samen onze mouwen op om te zorgen dat we onze klanten maximaal bedienen. Aan het einde van de dag loop je ter controle nog eens door je digitale planning heen en vertrek je met een voldaan gevoel naar huis. Wat ga je doen? • Aannemen, bevestigen en invoeren (aanmaak dossier) van opdrachten die of rechtstreeks van een klant of via de afdeling verkoop binnenkomen; • Onderbrengen van de vracht bij één van onze strategische vervoerders waarbij men continu streeft naar optimalisatie van de verhouding tussen de prijs en het vervoer binnen de afgesproken looptijden; • Opstellen laadopdracht en loslijsten en verzenden aan vervoerder; • Afgeven beladingsinstructies aan het loodspersoneel en duidelijk aangeven eventuele onregelmatigheden; • Volledig en juist instrueren van vervoerders/trailer- of containeroperators voor iedere rit c.q. zending; • Verzenden volledige instruct...
